With the idea of upgrading the TZR250 from its original conception, I wanted to change the rims, forks, rear shock and the bodywork among other things. In essence a whole new bike. So I've sold the old rolling chassis and am now starting from a bare frame I got from Australia. I'll update all the sections as I go and we'll see how it turns out in the end.

The main reason for the serious upgrade was for tire choice. I feel that with a set of proper slicks the bike will handle and feel so much better on the track. In addition to the wheels I'll also upgrade the suspension front and rear. Then we'll take a look at the motor and see if we can't get a few more HP out of it.

This main page will get updated with pics of the bike as it progresses through the build.
The basic frame. The sub frame has been removed and its been de-tabed and checked for straightness.
Here we go!
